Ekoté is a tool that helps freelancers extract tasks from client voice notes. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person.
Voice notes you forward to the Ekoté bot are processed to extract task information. Audio is deleted immediately after transcription. Transcripts and tasks are stored on our servers and associated with your account. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using the service you grant Amazing SAS a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
You may not use Ekoté to process content that is illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. You may not use Ekoté to send spam or harass others.
Ekoté is currently in early access. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruption during this period. That said, we'll do our best not to lose your data and to communicate changes clearly.
We aim to keep Ekoté running but make no guarantees of uptime. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or any other reason with reasonable notice where possible.
You may stop using Ekoté at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Amazing SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ekoté. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
